How to make cheeseburger ( Recipe)
Ingredients:- - 1 pound ground beef - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - 4 hamburger buns - 4 slices of cheddar cheese - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise Instructions: 1. Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium-high heat. 2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt and black pepper with your hands until combined. 3. Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick. 4. Place the patties onto the grill or grill pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through to your liking. 5. During the last minute of cooking, add the cheese slices to the top of each burger to melt. 6. While the burgers are cooking, toast the buns. 7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, adding your preferred toppings, and top with the other half of the bun. 8. Serve and enjoy!
