How to make Traditional chicken wings.(Recipe)

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- Ranch dressing and celery sticks for serving (optional)
Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).

2. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.

3. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).

4. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

5. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

6. Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they're crispy and cooked through. Transfer them to a wire rack set over a baking sheet and keep them warm in your preheated oven.

7. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the hot sauce and stir to combine.

8. Toss the fried chicken wings in the hot sauce mixture until coated.

9. Serve your traditional chicken wings hot with ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side (optional).

Enjoy!
