How to cook sweet potato fries
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Peel and cut your sweet potatoes into even-sized strips or wedges. 3. Place the sweet potato strips in a large bowl and drizzle with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well to ensure that all the fries are coated in oil. 4. Season the sweet potato fries with 1-2 teaspoons of salt and any other desired seasonings such as paprika or garlic powder. Mix well. 5. Spread out the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overlapping. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fries), flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking. 7. Once the fries are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
