How to make Crab Rangoon (Recipe)

Ingredients:
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 can of crab meat (6 ounces)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.

3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. The oil should be around 375°F.

5. Fry the crab Rangoon in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

6. Serve the crab Rangoon hot with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard.
