How to make Chicken Quesadilla (Recipe)

To make Chicken Quesadillas,you will need the
following ingredients:-

- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Cooking oil

Here's a step-by-step guide to make Chicken
Quesadillas:-

1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the chopped onion, bell pepper (if using), cilantro (if using), cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is well coated with the spices.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil.

3. Place one flour tortilla in the heated skillet and sprinkle half of it evenly with grated cheese.

4. Add a portion of the seasoned chicken mixture on top of the cheese, spreading it out evenly.

5. Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling, creating a half-circle shape. Press down lightly with a spatula to seal the quesadilla.
