Making Boneless Chicken wings (Recipe)

Ingredients:-
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- BBQ sauce or Buffalo sauce, for dipping

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and hot sauce together if using.
3. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then dip it into the milk mixture, and then back into the flour mixture again until well coated. Set aside on a plate.
4. Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F.
5. Carefully place the chicken pieces in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken pieces from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
7. Serve the boneless chicken wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
