How to make Shrimp Tempura roll(Recipe)

Ingredients:-
- 6 to 8 large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup tempura batter mix
- 1 cup ice-cold water
- 6 sheets of sushi nori seaweed
- 4 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup Japanese-style mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Bamboo mat

Instructions:-

1. Prepare the tempura batter mix according to the package instructions. Place the mix in a bowl and add the ice-cold water. Mix well until the batter is smooth.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot on medium-high heat.

3. Dip each shrimp into the tempura batter and coat well.

4. Carefully place the shrimp into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp is golden brown. Transfer the shrimp to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil.

5. Mix the Japanese-style mayonnaise with sriracha sauce in a small bowl.

6. Lay a sheet of sushi nori seaweed onto a bamboo mat. Moisten your fingers with water and spread 1/2 cup of cooked sushi rice onto the seaweed, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.

7. Spread a few slices of avocado on top of the rice, followed by a drizzle of the spicy mayonnaise.

8. Place 2 to 3 pieces of the fried shrimp on top of the avocado.

9. Use the bamboo mat to tightly roll the sushi. Use a tiny bit of water to seal the border.

10. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more rolls.

11. Slice the rolls into 1-inch pieces and serve with soy sauce on the side.
