How to make Sesame Chicken (Recipe)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1\/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are coated in the marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally, refrigerate it overnight to enhance the flavors.

3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.

4. In a large skillet or wok, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat.

5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drain off. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
